Toufic Rifai, an Architect and Urban Planner, holds a Master's degree from Polytechnic University of Milan. His expertise was refined through collaborations with "Bernard Khoury / DW5" in Beirut, "OBR" and "Systematica" in Milan where he gained his experience and played integral roles in shaping Masterplans in Europe, the US, and the GCC region. He currently consults at Lombardini22 in Milan leveraging his expertise to spearhead the growth of a new business unit and oversee international projects in the MENA region, focusing on architecture and mobility planning initiatives.

Toufic is also teaching at Polytechnic University of Milan, where he works alongside esteemed professors including Richard Ingersoll and Pierre-Alain Croset. Notably, he was a finalist to curate the Lebanese Pavilion at the Venice Biennale of Architecture, focusing on "How will we live together?"

Fluent in Arabic, English, Italian, and French, Toufic's linguistic skills consistently facilitated seamless communication and comprehension across diverse norms, regulations, and cultures.
